Civilian's Contribution Ribbon

with the following reason:

Awarded for the contributions of her civilian medical officer, Dr. Rione. Tara continues to make use of a wide range of characters to supplement her departmental writing - particularly useful on a large starbase with literally hundreds of thousands of officers, enlisted and civilians. It's great stuff.

Since receiving this award, Gabriel Barsanovic transferred to Deleted Character Pool.
