with the following reason:

Lert has a knack for writing unique and amusing characters. I love Nef, his Chief Helmsman, and I was shocked to see that she was very... normal! He's done a fantastic job writing her so far, and I know that will continue, but where he's really shined is with his NPC: Honey Flanagan. Honey is the result of genetic experimentation and life in a bubble. She's part lizard, part fish, and part human, and 100% entertaining. She's a dedicated member of the crew, but a constant source of entertainment and smiles. Lert, you always know how to spice up a crew! Keep up the awesome work!

Since receiving this award, Nefertiti bint Abdelkadr al-Farud transferred to Deleted Character Pool.
