Rear Admiral Ronald Taggart (USS Lancelot)

with the following reason:

Paul has went the extra mile in developing engaging missions and looking after the crew on board the Lancelot. I was not around in the capacity to nominate him for the in-depth mission Brothers in Arms that was concluded upon my joining the simm. I was a spectator though and was very impressed with his ability to deliver something I would go pay money to watch in a theater. He has never failed to live up to that first impression and I would love to see more simms like this in the Fleet. ~ Submitted by: Commander Mackenzie Hunter
