with the following reason:

For writing of Lilly Rosh throughout the Lancelot's Mission 12, and creation of General Waylan, the honorable Vorta leader of the Dominion forces on Ronoma II.

Since receiving this award, Jing Juan transferred to Deleted Character Pool.
