For the development of a meaningful character relationship.

The friendship may be either with an NPC of the player's own design or with another player character or another Player's NPC. The friendship should be an unfolding story over the course of multiple posts and impact the character(s) lives significantly. (*romantic relationships not included- please refer to the Rose Award in those instances)
