Doctors often get citations for treating Starfleet wounded and those injuries sustained by our allies, but it isn't every day a doctor is recognized for adhering to the Hippocratic Oath and treating even their enemies.

Since receiving this award, Jing Juan transferred to Deleted Character Pool.
