Hello!
We've recently passed a proposal within the Fleet Council that's rather exciting. Basically it's gave the Joint Fleet Command the ability to set up "Projects", i.e. teams of people armed with a specific brief to do something, over and above things like Commissions, Recruitment, etc. which fall within the powers of the JFC.
