Sim Updates

There are no major updates to our internet home. My design for the custom skin continues, it is a long trying process. I have begun to add some new images as well. A cast picture to the main page is the highlight of the changes. Some of the characters have updated their avatars as well. Our sister ship page has been updated as well.

Crew Updates

Departing Crew Members
Our HUMINT Agent William Jackson has left the sim due to conflicts. We hope that he gets everything together and comes back to us when he can.
Our Counselor Amelia Zano has decided to retire the character and create a new one.

Leave Of Absence
There are no members of the crew on leave of absence at the moment.

New Crew Members
We would like to welcome Crewman Sofia Cipriani who will take on the role of Captain's Yeoman. Helping Tyler keep the ship going is a tough job, but she will be up to the challenge. We look forward to seeing what she is going to add to the crew.

Story Elements

The mission "Old Habits Die Hard" comes to a close. The USS Pioneer has uncovered a major threat to the sector. The New Maquis are in bed with the former Obsidian Order, now calling itself the Order. They have a tedious alliance with the House of Shog from the Klingon Empire. That alliance is what is keeping things on an even keel. Meanwhile on the Pioneer the crew mourns the loss of one of their own. Jomaus Miex was killed in the line of duty, and during this mourning the new helmsmen is welcomed aboard. Lieutenant Ingrid Hollister comes aboard under controversy as her previous ship went missing and she is the sole survivor. The leader of the Order has gotten away, however, the crew managed to capture one of the usurpers of the Cardassian government. They also have a lead on where the head of the New Maquis is. The question is can they put a stop to all of this before all out war comes. With all of this looming the Pioneer makes it back to Empok Nor and the crew takes off for some much needed shore leave. Captain Malbrooke begins to think on his policy of not having families aboard. The crew wonders now if you can really go Home Again.

Other Information

I am overjoyed at this month. The crew of the Pioneer has really pulled together. I am excited to see what personal stories this crew is going to come up with as we enter the next mission, which is Shore Leave. I feel that as we enter the summer the Pioneer is energized and ready to tell the next chapter of this story.
