It’s a new year, so everyone remember to book your holodeck time early for tennis, and a reminder there is a 1 hour maximum in the workout facilities (Must be in lock up again). That goes double for the Klingons among you, no need to try to remind the humans how much stronger you are.
December was (as is the usual case) a slow month for 72, though I hear rumbles that there are many posts left in limbo after the cold winter nights and we can expect some good solid runs in the coming days.

Unit of Merit
It isn’t often I do this UoM review without talking to Hawkins first, but considering who the recipient is, that would have taken away all of the fun. It is even rarer that I get an opportunity to recognize this crew and their Captain for all the amazing work they do, so without dragging it out any further…
Congratulations to the Arcadia and her crew for having an absolutely stellar December, and for being this month’s Unit of Merit. With a stellar four posts per player, the crew of the Arcadia really came through, closing up a great plot and bringing a great story into the fold. Seriously, if you have the time, I cannot recommend going and reading it enough.
I work closely with Hawkins on a daily basis, so for me getting a chance to recognize his hard work is easy, but getting to tell you all about it is more uncommon as it is often the bits behind the scenes. To see him and his crew excelling in such a way gets me excited to write, and even more excited to talk about it. So, should you see her crew out and about in the days that come, give them a pat on the back, and some well earned praise.
