Greetings and Salutations from the Office of Mediation and Arbitration!
Another month has gone by, and things have been busy on the back-end for sure. With impending, and passing holidays, things are sure to become hectic for everyone; a gentle reminder to take time to spend with family and away from simming during these times to appreciate the many other things in life. Unless you have snow… If you have snow, just bar the doors, stoke the furnace and seclude yourself under a warm blanket…
- The OMA has had no new cases brought before it for mediation in the month of November.
- The OMA has been working to develop COAL courses with regards to command level mediation, and empowerment of CO’s to resolve conflicts themselves prior to seeking outside assistance.
- The OMA has been reaching out to other groups with projects in efforts to lend assistance where needed.
