Greetings Obsidian Fleet,
I hope this finds you all well and that your sims are thriving. A lot has been moving and shaking behind the scenes here at the Academy. First and perhaps most importantly the redesigned COAL and COR courses have been sent to Triad and Council for initial review. We are hoping to hear from them soon and then we can move on to phase two with that. I am still seeking anyone who might be interested in assisting in the review process of the specialist courses. I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to Lieutenant Commander Katherine Langley of Starbase 50, Lieutenant Commander Tan’ato Tejera of the USS Nightingale, and to Lieutenant Commander Aranis T’San of the USS Cassiopeia on their completion of COAL. Congratulations and I look forward to seeing big things from all of your commands.
There is not much to report this month, as redesigning the Academy is a long and arduous process. However, take heart in knowing that progress is being made. If you have any questions, suggestions or miscellaneous comments please do not hesitate to contact me. Task Force COs I would like you to know that the Academy is open for COAL and COR if any COs under your command require the course.
I will be releasing more information on the Academy as it comes available. As I said a short one this month.
