BRIEF OUTLINE OF YOUR GAME AND THEME?
The year is 1992, in the Scottish Highlands an institute stands on a lonely island in a Loch. Gifted students and staff work day and night to build a world of understanding and acceptance. The themes for X-Men are well known, the outsiders looking to belong, a story of prejudice and bigotry, and the ability of people to find stronger relationships than they themselves had ever hoped. To be that light of understanding and acceptance for those on the fringes of society.
When the planes of existence align on October 31st the Sherwood Rangers tap into an ancient energy to supercharge their plans to enforce their will on the British Isles.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE THING ABOUT YOUR GAME?
Everyone is passionate about the game and their characters. So much thought goes into their personalities, the relationships, and their place in the world. It feels like the superpowers are secondary. It’s just like writing on a Star Trek game, but instead of an Engineer that knows all about the inner workings of a Warp Core you can have someone in IT talking to computers, someone in the groundskeeper crew that can manipulate plants. The superpowers don’t define the characters and the storylines, it’s there to amplify the stories we want to tell.
