Statzia reports that while she was on bridge duty, and I and the others were dealing with the custody situation, an unidentidfied ship approached and reported that they had some cargo to deliver before quickly leaving. That cargo, was the Counselor.
I don’t know the technical details of how she was taken but I know who did it. During our talk she told me that for some time she’s been acting as a consultant to Patricia’s ex. He’s the one who took her.

She says that she was working for him because she wanted to keep Patricia safe. He’d agreed not to interact with her or the family if she did her consulting services and I dont know what details there are on that. I reminded her that he’d tried to infiltrate the ship before and I needed to know what kind of threat he posed…and that I’d have to have this talk with you as XO.
I also advised her that I dont have any doubts about her or her ability to do her duty but that she needs to cut her ties with him. That’s when it gets, well, complicated.
