Look Ehestri is doing posts again… I am back with community announcements.
However, as the title might suggest, there will be some changes with Obsidian Day. Unfortunately, with the movements in the Fleet Council and JFC, we cannot logically hold Obsidian Day in July as usual. We want this event to be the best, and at the moment it is not possible with 4 weeks to go.
I made a promise 8 years ago when the communication department was formed that if we were going to do anything, we would do it to the best of our abilities. That promise would not be kept if I allowed us to do an event that was not anywhere near the standard that I like to keep.
So, with that in mind, Obsidian Day will be happening in November on the 8th and 9th.
We will be posting more information next month around Obsidian Day awards, fleetcast episodes, games, and everything else we want to do. We also want to hear from you, so my DMs are open around this.
